Does my co-parent need the app?
No. In Solo Mode, you use 1Saath alone. Your co-parent gets reminders and requests via WhatsApp or SMS and can respond from a web link — no app installation needed.
What happens if I delete the app?
Nothing happens to your data. All records are stored on 1Saath servers in India. Log back in on any device and everything is intact.
Is 1Saath admissible in Indian courts?
Yes. Messages are SHA-256 hash-chained and exportable in a format compliant with IT Act Section 65B for electronic evidence.
Who pays for the subscription?
One parent pays $49/year and both parents — plus up to 2 family members each — get full access.
