Protect one hour a week

Just one. A walk, a coffee alone, a phone-free bath. Put it in the calendar like an appointment.

Build a small support circle

Two or three people you can call without explaining yourself. Family, a friend, a neighbour. Ask before you're desperate.

Sleep is a parenting skill

It's not lazy to go to bed at 10pm. A rested parent is a kinder, sharper parent.

Track everything in one place

Mental load is exhausting. Get expenses, schedules and notes out of your head and into an app. Your brain will thank you.
